5. Accurate Address Requirement – Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

6. Delivery Attempts – Couriers generally make one or more delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the parcel may return to us.

7. Re-shipping Charges – If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or failed attempts, the customer may need to pay for re-shipping.
