Refund & Return Policy

2. Return Request Timeframe – Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

3. Condition of Returned Items – Returned books must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

4. Approval Process – All return requests undergo verification before approval. Our team reserves the right to approve or reject any case based on evidence.

5. Refund Mode & Timeline – Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days to reflect.

6. Replacement Policy – If stock is available, we may issue a replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases.

7. Non-Returnable Items – Books damaged by the customer, used items, or orders placed by mistake cannot be returned.

8. Courier Instructions – Customers must pack returns securely to avoid further damage during transit.

9. Final Decision – Bengaluru Law House Publications holds the right to make the final decision in all return-related matters.
