  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong book.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required

Please share clear photos/videos of:

  • The damaged/incorrect book

  • Packaging

  • Your order details

Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Send required proof

  3. After approval, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return

  4. Replacement will be sent; if not available, refund will be issued

Refund

Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Non-Returnable

  • Books damaged by customer

  • Used books

  • E-books or digital items

  • Clearance/sale items (unless damaged)

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
